out from my work around 5 pm.. so i really need to hurry going to the gym. luckily i was there 10 mins before 7 pm (which my training starts) ..
i learn to kick roundhouse and front kick. my roundhouse wasn't perfect so i guess i really need to train that one. . coach Roldan train me with mitts. i really enjoy punching and kicking. .. hope i can be good on both. ..
will train hard to perfect my kicks.
