Training 3 - Hybrid Yaw -Yan

  out from my work around 5 pm.. so i really need to hurry going to the gym. luckily i was there 10 mins before 7 pm (which my training starts)  ..


i learn to kick roundhouse and front kick. my roundhouse wasn't perfect so i guess i really need to train that one. . coach Roldan train me with mitts. i really enjoy punching and kicking. .. hope i can be good on both. ..


will train hard to perfect my kicks.

Training 2 - Hybrid Yaw -Yan

i went to the HQ a bit earlier so i have my warm up, jog for 10 mins , push ups, lift weights .

when sir Roldan came, he let us jog for 10 mins.(what ???, i just did my jogging .. ) then the usual warm up exercise, w/ splits. (hope i can split a bit lower next time) .

there were 6 trainees present including me

coach taught me new move which i really like. the turning back fist (dont know if it is the correct name). i really like that move. that i always try to add it in my combo.


after some time. he paired us with one another then have us do a sparring . . i was like, i want to go on forever with my self combo but i try to limit myself into 4 sometimes 8 combo. so that my partner will have his turn.  lol

after training. i was the one assigned  to recite the Yaw-Yan Creed ..



im so hungry so i went home as fast i can ..



enjoying my new found workout ... gotta buy my gloves soon..

Filler (My 1st Hero's B-day)

The first hero in my life that i adore was born on this day. He's my inspiration to become a man of humbleness and calmness. Strict yet very understanding. Joyful and very loving. He's my dad. Just like my loving mom. he's a very good cook. i miss their dishes.

Me and my older bro went to our childhood place. (hidden leaf village- like in naruto , because of the neighborhood were full of tress. i like it that way)  when we arrived. we set the xbox for MW3 .. yeah we played like there's no tom. then we have our dinner together with my entire family and friend and aunties. after that , they have drinking sessions but  i passed for that  coz i have to go home ...


........ happy bday Dad.

Training 1 - Hybrid Yaw -Yan

June 8,2012

BASIC

My first day training @ http://hybridyawyanmma.multiply.com/ was a blast..  My coach is Sir Roldan Cartejena . Strict yet Mabait.  First , he let me jog for 10 mins, i think, then do a stretching with splits  He taught me the fighting stance. then the basic punches (straight , jab, hook, uppercut ) after 30 mins. the taught me some combo.

after 30min again. try my combo on a punching bag ....     the final workout was abs exercise which i like to do..

after that our co trainee recite our creed, then pay respect to sir Henry and to sir Roldan.





fyi.      i cant hardly move my body from bed for 2 days.    after my first training....

Filler (Feb Update)

As of now there's still no progress . Been busy last feb and there's some drinking session, celebrate my bday.  hang out with my friends and father in law, brother. Food trips

Chapter 14 - The Proposal

Finally, the moment ive been waiting for more than a year will be tomorrow.They will land at the airport around evening. it's Monday so .... (color coding for the car)  .. i went outside and i saw my friends, Josh and Darrel, we have some chill session. they're telling me that i can't sleep coz i'm excited. and i said yes.

after some time, i went home. i talked to my Ahia and i told him that i'll gonna give him the ring for safekeeping becoz after my baby girl went here at Philippines, we will bound to Singapore for our vacation and i don't wana loose that thing. ..

Went to bed but still couldn't sleep ... after just a few hrs of sleep. i got up and drove the car to the airport. i parked it there early in the morning so that i dnt have to wait for a color coding window (which is 10-3 and i pressume that by that time the traffic will be freaky heavy) .

i when home and got my sleep again. when i woke up. i went to gym, have my workout , then clean my room. ..

Afternoon came and i went to her house. i have the ring with me. still i dnt know what to do.. i let Caryl and Darrel see it. and made them not to tell her coz im still planning the big moment..

They asked me if her dad already knew. i said.."i'm gonna ask permission from him today"


i walked back and forth to his room. i don't know what to do. i don't know how he will react. my heart keep beating faster. and when i'm outside his room again (for how many times) the door opened he saw me and  i'm shocked..  it's like my mouth can't open.....

i pushed myself to do it..   saying "Tito, im asking for you approval if okey sa inyo, i would like to marry your daughter, i'm planning to give this to her "  


He just said.. "its okey"

Whew... i'm happy that i got his approval quickly...


then we went to the airport

when we met.. i just couldn't stared at her. i'm melting. (for a guy to feel this way , )

as im driving way home.. i keep my other hand holding her hand.. i feel so happy...

at the balcony ....after dinner...

i couldn't take it anymore. i know i have plans on how to give it to her , when and where/ but what can i do. the ring is at my pocket, i forgot to give it back to my Ahia for safe keeping.  


i went beside her.. utterly from my mouth "beb i dn't have flowers for you this time, what i have is only this.....

will you marry me"   (im not good at words nor expressing my feelings... this time even makes it 100X )

I don;t know what she will say. will she be ready? will she want me to be her man forever,?

she said "I DO"

Chapter 13 - Plans

I made a booking for 2 (Singapore flight) i still remember how i used to constantly memorizing the map of Singapore via "GOTHERE SG" i studied the MRT routes, places to visit,directions, etc.

Days passed but still im thinking about what hotel to book... until i found in internet that there's a newly opened hotel . i try to read some feedbacks but there's still none.I asked my cousin "Pam" about it  . she said that its new and looks okey. even the location is great.   there i booked it and after some mins got a confirmation.  

Next, i plan our itinerary  for a 5D4N vacation. i just want it to be smooth so that she'll feel quite relax and happy in our 1st tour together (i mean just the two of us) .i also book a buffet resto for us to dine. hehehe,

the last and most important thing that  i planned was something  i've been longing to give to her. i search and search every mall, i even when to Chinatown with Pot, still haven't found the perfect one..
 ,i even studied about it's Cs   .. i even ask Pam, Pot and Mark some advice on how to do it. they give their insights and opinions.


Finally , i found it ... the perfect one for my baby girl  and  When i got that thing... i'm just smiling while looking at it...... saying to myself..... this is it..

Chapter 12 - Situations

       Once a year she will take a vacation here at the Philippines and i' ll take my leave just to be with her. That's our situation. We will meet at the airport. then spend days food trip, watch movies, talk about everything, club, shopping, we even have our first vacation outside the country , Hong Kong , we even go to some places here in our Homeland. like Subic, and Pangasinan.
Then we will say Goodbye s at the airport also.
    Even though she will just spend 1 month here, we made it to the point that not a single day passed wasted. (i mean we go everywhere, like libis, malls,resto).

i know that soon. we will be together. im ready to take my journey to the west.... just to be with her. i know i'll miss my family.........    but for sure i'll visit them every year.

as year 2010 come to an end.. i know the right time will about to begin.... and i'll have to start my plan

Chapter 11 - Her Smile

Days passed and i learn how to deal with my life. We talk over the phone . have Ym and Skype conversation. We stay strong for each other.
i finally keep myself busy with my work.

After some months, news of her grandfather's sudden death surprised us. all her relative abroad bound to manila.
. im sad coz i can feel her pain but somewhat happy to see her..

When we picked them at the airport. i stared at her for a second. and my whole world just freeze. there she was. standing infort of me. i just don't know what to do.Then she smile and hug me...... and still i dnt know how to react. It's like my body become numb ..

as she was hugging me.   i just smile and said to myself ..

       That's our anniversary. im so happy that we're going stronger each day. And im looking forward for more years..
Well, in Hawaii she cooked Garlic shrimp pesto and bought some cake.
while here in Phil. first my plan is to buy Pancit ng TAGA MALABON but the branch will be from SHaw , so it will take more than 45 mins to get here. Then my 2nd option was to buy PAncit habhab from Jonasse. but as im talking to his staff,she informed me that the only thing available was the ordinary pancit even my 3rd option which is pancit w/ lechon or shirmp were all sold out. so my 4th option was to buy KFC. 1 bucket (15 pcs ) (.. FYI we're only 6 person to eat hehehehe) .. (too bad they cant delivery to my Chua family in QC. ,guess i'll gonna treat them one of these day)
after we had out dinner, we have some drinking session with my BRAD. JB, (bro in law), Darrel (cousin) Josh (tropa) and my father in law... .. ((((Lao came too but only drink 2 bottle) hehehe)))



i know someday we can celebrate Christmas, New year, holidays, An especially our Anniversary together. and i know.... it will be soon.... just soon......
