i went to the HQ a bit earlier so i have my warm up, jog for 10 mins , push ups, lift weights .
when sir Roldan came, he let us jog for 10 mins.(what ???, i just did my jogging .. ) then the usual warm up exercise, w/ splits. (hope i can split a bit lower next time) .
there were 6 trainees present including me
coach taught me new move which i really like. the turning back fist (dont know if it is the correct name). i really like that move. that i always try to add it in my combo.
after some time. he paired us with one another then have us do a sparring . . i was like, i want to go on forever with my self combo but i try to limit myself into 4 sometimes 8 combo. so that my partner will have his turn. lol
after training. i was the one assigned to recite the Yaw-Yan Creed ..
im so hungry so i went home as fast i can ..
enjoying my new found workout ... gotta buy my gloves soon..
