After 1 month, well im back. I Started working out again and now im back to basic (beginner) hehehe. i cant even lift half of what i lifted before. and i can't even do 1 dip.. damn.. heheh. .
my goal this yr is to first get buff then get lean and tone. 2 days of workout and my muscle sore. but i like it. i know that this is the beginning. i can't even go down the stairs. hehehe i'll be more dedicated to my routine and will give 100 percent of what i can.
