Working out is like dreaming and trying to achieve what you dream of. It's not like a fairy tale that in just one wish, you can achieved it without pain, sweating a lot,etc. It's a long run and patience is the key to this, endurance and motivation. There's no valid excuse for not being in the gym. like late work, no time. etc. Hey! there's 24 hrs in one day? Surely you can fit the right time for your workout? It will not take more than 2 hrs or so. Just be consistent in your goal. Don't mind other people.Just do your own thing and keep in mind "if they can do it. surely i can"
Go to the gym. Surely some people have gym equipments in their house but i'll not recommend it. Why? because the intensity in working out at the Gym vs. at home is totally different. at home, tendencies are that you will cheat yourself. from reps to set ,etc. At the gym, you'll push yourself to your limit and maybe beyond your limit and the good part is. there's someone you can ask to spot for you if you're into heavy weights.
Nothing but FORWARD. Simply means that there's no turning back. never quit, give up. if you find yourself in the blink of giving up.Then just refresh your mind. "why im doing this? why i started going to the gym" It's like being a super saiyan and trying to go beyond that. like super saiyan 2 and so on.
TIPS. i bring my ipod and listen to music that will pump me up. it helps me lift heavy weights
warm up first. Like push up or muscle up.
Don't worry about other people. Just focus on yourself. Surely you will see some hunk dude there, lifting some heavy weights. but HEY, didn't we're all born weak.(babies),grown up weak. it's up to us to be stronger or to stay weak....
Motivation. With this in mind, you can achieve your goal. But remember, do it for yourself. not to impress other people. Do it to be fit and stay healthy . not just to hook some girls or impress other people.
One step at a time. May you be fat or skinny, we must all start from the basic. Little by little we move into progress. It's not like having Mangyeko Sharingan without activating first the basic Sharingan?? get my point? Don't go to gym and lift 100lbs if you can really lift 20lbs for start. Just be patience.
Rest. Sleep atleast 8 hrs. your body will recover and start to grow muscle while sleeping. It's one of the important part. without proper rest. our body will just sore and not recover completely and grow muscle as we intent to.
Water. Very important factor. We need to drink more than 8 glasses coz we're working out. atleast 1 gallon or 2 gallon.
Diet. The determining factor of all this. without proper diet. your just wasting your time, effort and money. will post some diet i have in some other time.
Supplements. The basic in developing muscle is Protein right? Different supplements work for different body. If my supplement work for me, doesn't guarantee to work for you. what's your goal? bulking or lean muscle? then if your have in mind. search and google some.

and oh, i never used steroid. some people asking me at the gym whether im using that because of my progress. .. i never used it and never will. i rather go thru pain,hardship to achieve my goal and be proud of it
